1. General Policy

Anjor Foundation is committed to supporting meaningful social and environmental initiatives focused on Water Harvesting, Tree Plantation, Shelter Homes, Village Development, animal welfare, environmental conservation, and sustainable community development. All donations made to the Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support its programmes, activities, campaigns, and social initiatives. As donations are generally utilised towards charitable and programme-related purposes, donors are encouraged to carefully verify the donation amount and payment details before completing a transaction.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only in limited circumstances and will be subject to verification and review by Anjor Foundation. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Transaction: If a donor has accidentally made more than one payment for the same donation.
  • Incorrect Amount: If an incorrect donation amount was entered or processed due to an error.
  • Unauthorised Transaction: If a payment was made without the donor’s consent, subject to transaction verification and review.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of donation
  • Amount donated
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Approval & Processing

All refund requests received by Anjor Foundation will be reviewed individually and on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. If a refund request is approved after verification, the refund will generally be initiated within 7–10 working days. The actual time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or other financial service provider involved. Wherever possible, an approved refund will be credited to the original payment method used while making the donation.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, banking charges, or processing costs may be deducted from the refundable amount wherever applicable. Anjor Foundation will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment gateways, UPI service providers, or other third-party financial institutions after an approved refund has been initiated.

6. Changes to the Policy

Anjor Foundation reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Refund Policy whenever required to reflect changes in payment processes, organisational practices, website functionality, or applicable requirements. Any revised policy will become effective once it is published on our official website. Donors are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest information regarding refund procedures.
